Eurodisema was born as an entrepreneurship initiative made up of personnel with extensive experience in the field of stamping and die-stamping.
At its inception in 1988 it had a floor area of 1000 m2 and In the early 90s, a process of product diversification and expansion was started. We included the manufacture of pressing and calibration punches and dies to the field of powder metallurgy within our range of services.
During 90s, we incorporated several machines “Charmilles Technologies” from different technologies; EDM wire cutting, EDM Form, High Speed Milling and CNC Lathe.
At the end of 90s, we increased the stamping section acquiring a new 300 Tn Mechanical Press.
In 2002 we obtained the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 certification, we consolidated the stamping process for large series, with a fleet of the latest machinery and an area of 2000 m2
At the end of 2008 we added the resistance welding process and produced our first stamped part with nuts added.
In 2014, we included in our services the degreased of the components.
In 2016 we incorporated a new stamping line of 350 tones with the LinkDrive technology increasing our production capacity and our capacity to manufacture with bigger toolings.
During 2017, we obtanied the ISO/TS 16949 certification by “Dekra Certification”, accomplishing our agreement with the automotive industry quality.
During 2018, we increased our floor size by 33% getting an area of 3000m2.
During these year, we incorporated a new Robotic Welding MIG-MAG equipment (Fronius and Yaskawa) delivering the first serial pieces with this kind of welding technology.
In 2019 we increased our means of production by incorporating a new EDM machine, the best model in his category.
This year with our commitment to quality, we are incorporating the Brankamp X7 system in the stamping process.
